Professional Assistant
Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2015, after completing her articles at one of the biggest firms in Mbombela from 2013 – 2015. She currently has more than 8 years’ experience in the legal sphere.
She specialises in various spheres of the law, but more specifically in Divorce matters, Leases, Contracts, Commercial Agreements, Consumer affairs, Debt collection and Civil litigation.
Mr. Andre van Wyk
He obtained his Bachelors of Law through the University of South Africa and served his articles at a prestigious law firm. After being admitted as a legal practitioner, he managed a debt collections’ Call Centre, whereafter he joined a law firm specialising in medical negligence- and labour matters. Mr. van Wyk has a passion for litigation in both the High- and Magistrate’s Courts.
He completed an Advanced Advocacy Programme during 2020 and later, during 2021, he obtained his Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
Mr. van Wyk is a qualified Notary Public and currently practices in various legal fields, including, amongst others: Family Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Medical Negligence, Law of Contracts, Debt Collections and General Civil Litigation, including Urgent Applications in the Magistrates’ and High Court.
He also engages in work as Correspondent Attorney and can assist clients in obtaining liquor licences, -drafting ante nuptial contracts and other documents that may require Notarial attestation.
Vanessa Terblans
Legal secretary and litigation typist
With 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary and litigation typist, she is an experienced hand and valued member of our firm. She is also the PA for Mr Tollig.
Chantelle Stroebel
Office manager & Bookkeeper
Our bookkeeper has more than 27 years experience in various aspects of a legal practice, of which the last 4 years has been as bookkeeper.
She is one of the pillars of Tollig Attorneys assisting Mr Tollig with all aspects pertaining to that of an office manager and bookkeeper.

With 12 years experience in all facets relating to general office administration, the last 4 years being with Tollig Attorneys, ‘Ntombi’ is an integral cog of the Tollig Attorneys team.

He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Venda during 2022 and joined the firm in July 2023 where he is currently undergoing his Practical Vocational Training as a Candidate Legal Practitioner. Alan has a keen interest in litigation and a passion for providing excellent client service.
